1. Premium TODAYSPLAN account: With the Today’s Plan suite of analytics we are able to easily analyse every aspect of your workout which allows precise track towards your training goals.

2. Process-focused goal setting: Rather than the outcome/result, I focus more on process-specific goals (especially with younger riders). For example, if the overall goals is improved recovery, then breaking that down into incremental goals like viewing morning sunlight, delaying caffeine intake upon waking, limiting caffeine consumption after 2pm, considering meal size before bed, room temperature and evening light exposure. To take this to the next level, you could then measure this using a wearable device to track your sleep and recovery improvement. 

3. Yearly phase planner: A yearly display of your races and phases of training, so you can see the overall picture of the season and plan the training phases to fit in with your other life plans (this will be as detailed as the information you can provide with regards to race program).

4. Unlimited contact: If you need support or something changed in your plan, you can whatsapp me anytime.

5. No minimum sign up period: You’re not locked in, so if you’re free to leave if you feel that the training is not aligned with you.

6. Nutrition advice: Tailored advice to help you fuelling for races, and to optimise training and recovery.

7. Pacing strategies for TT's: Distributing your work and energy throughout a TT can have a significant impact on performance.

8. Google drive account: For uploading and storing all of your goal setting information, phase planner and other information such as nutrition advice, pacing strategies, pre-cooling strategies for racing in the heat & adapting to the heat etc.

9. Warm up cards for TT's: Customised depending on length, temperature etc. 

10. Regular Critical Power (CP) testing: Science-based testing and tracking to monitor your performance.

11. Strength and conditioning advice: I currently work with the GB track cycling strength coach, he is excellent at understanding the relationship between gym and road cycling and how the sessions fit in best together (this is an additional charge of £50 that goes directly to him).
